My order shipped but I need to change the address.

If your order has already shipped, we recommend reaching out to USPS to request an address update. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, your order will be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping fees). You will be notified if this occurs.


Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We’re happy to assist with shipping address changes if your order has not yet entered the packing process. Please email us at info@couturehausbeauty.com with your order number and updated address as soon as possible.

Please note:

We cannot change a U.S. address to an international address, or vice versa.

Address updates may not be possible during high-volume times such as launches or promotions.


Can I change the billing address on my order?

Billing addresses cannot be edited after an order is placed. As long as your shipping address is correct, your order will still be processed and delivered as expected.


Can I modify the items in my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been submitted. All sales are final. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.


I received a package, but it wasn’t my order.

We sincerely apologize for the error. Please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery at info@couturehausbeauty.com with:

Your order number

A photo of the products you received

A photo of the stamped initial or number on the outer packaging

A photo of your packing slip with the stamped initial visible

We’ll resolve the issue promptly.


I received the wrong item.

If you received the incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number

A photo of the item(s) received

A photo of the stamped initial or number on the packaging

We’ll ship the correct item to you or issue a full refund if it’s out of stock. The incorrect item is yours to keep.


I’m missing item(s) in my order.

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A list of missing item(s)

A photo of the items you did receive

A photo of the outer packaging

We’ll make sure everything is taken care of.


My item(s) arrived damaged.

If your order arrived with damaged items, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product(s). We’ll make it right as soon as possible.


My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Packages are sometimes marked “Delivered” before they’ve actually arrived. We recommend waiting a few days and checking with neighbors or your local post office. If it still hasn’t shown up, please contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update at info@couturehausbeauty.com with your order number and tracking information.


Why is my order marked “Unfulfilled”?

“Unfulfilled” simply means your order is being processed and has not yet shipped. Once it ships, you will receive a tracking number and the status will update to “Fulfilled.”


My international order is stuck in the U.S.

International orders may take up to 21 business days to arrive. Customs delays or missed scans can occur. If 21 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please reach out to us with your order number so we can assist further.


Will I be charged customs or delivery fees?

International orders may be subject to customs or duty fees, which are determined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. Couture Haus Beauty is not responsible for these charges.


When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–5 business days after shipping

International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and time of year.


Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes—if your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is received damaged or incorrect. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small luxury business.


Can I return a gift that was purchased for me?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for gifted items. All sales are final.
